I\u2019m not judging. I\u2019m not pointing a finger at anyone. I\u2019m just simply asking a question\u2026 what kind of Christian are you?<\/p>\n

Will the real Christian please stand up? Silence… maybe their sleeping?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not going to get pats on the back with this post. But it\u2019s not about getting pats on the back or approval\u2026 it\u2019s about telling the truth.<\/p>\n

As some of you know, I\u2019m an open minded, free spirited and creative person.<\/p>\n

However, this does not mean I subscribe to an \u201ceverything goes\u201d philosophy.<\/p>\n

What I mean is this\u2026 I\u2019m not going to redefine God\u2019s word to suit my own limited understanding.<\/p>\n

Today I have been reading ecstatic comments on Facebook from \u201cChristian\u2019s\u201d regarding today\u2019s Supreme Court ruling.<\/p>\n

Look\u2026 I\u2019m not a gay hater, basher or otherwise.<\/p>\n

If people choose to be in homosexual relationships, that is none of my business. I\u2019m not going to go up to them with a sign and tell them their going to hell or anything like that.<\/p>\n

But I am also not going to just accept any ole thing or compromise the Word of God.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m also not going to redefine it, interpret it, sugarcoat it, change it, minimize it or create my own laws to suit myself and subject everyone else to it either.<\/p>\n

As Christ followers, either we believe in the Bible or we don\u2019t. It\u2019s that simple.<\/p>\n

He left us a compass… but are we truly living it?<\/p>\n

I’m not seeing a lot of \u201cChristian\u2019s\u201d living it.\u00a0 Unfortunately, the body of Christ is in a sad and embarrassing state.<\/p>\n

We are powerless, compromising, selfish, sensual, self-seeking and hedonistic. Choosing to create a god of their own understanding by redefining Him, His Word, His institution of marriage and family.<\/p>\n

Sadly, true Christianity has been made a mockery and Christians have become the laughing stock of society.<\/p>\n

What kind of Christian are you?<\/p>\n

Are you the kind that says everything goes? Are you the kind that says God didn\u2019t really say what He means or means what He says? Are you the kind that redefines and interprets the Bible to tickle your fancy? Are you the kind that is afraid to live according to the Word and actually represent Christ and His power to this generation? Are\u00a0you the kind that\u00a0believes\u00a0living according to the Bible is politically incorrect or archaic?<\/p>\n

Or are you the kind who will pray, believe, stand up, live and be a true example of what it is to be a real Christian full of love and grace to this world? Instead of sitting in your pews, acting pious, compromising and going along with the masses?<\/p>\n
